Misleading or fraudulent data of any kind
Abusing or threatening other users
Using services for any unlawful purpose
Unsolicited messages to other users
Trackora owns all IP in the application — code, brand, content library, and design. You receive a limited personal-use license only.
Reproduce or redistribute application code
Modify or build upon our services
Business purposes without written approval
Transfer rights to any third party
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and governs how we handle your data.

Update any inaccurate information
Request full removal of account and data
Download data in portable format
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and given that Trackora is provided free of charge, Trackora's total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed $50 USD.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Trackora, its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your use, violations of these Terms, or breach of applicable law. This does not apply to our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Delete your account at any time through in-app settings
Download your data within 30 days of account deletion

Optional third-party mediation for disputes that don't resolve informally.
Most disputes resolved through arbitration. Class action lawsuits waived by both parties.
