Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and given that Trackora is provided free of charge, Trackora's total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed $50 USD.

Interruption — No liability for temporary service downtime
Third parties — No liability for external service issues
Free users — No financial liability for the free tier

Indemnification

Termination
